We offer several classes throughout the week, including group suspension training, prenatal, Zumba and boot camp. Regardless if you are just beginning or you have been exercising for years, there is a built. foundations fitness class for you. Our instructors have the experience and knowledge needed to teach and motivate our members.
Below is a list of the classes we offer:
Abbreviated Boot Camp: Same as Boot Camp but in a circuit timed interval style AND it’s only 45 minutes.
Barre Boot Camp: Dancer inspired workout without the dancing. Be prepared for an intense lower body workout. Class utilizes a ballet barre, light weights and body weight. 45 min.
Boot Camp: This military based class will push you to your limits and you will love every minute of it. Basic calisthenics and body weight resistance moves with some props thrown in. 60 min.
Brick & More Core: Weights and abs anyone? That’s it & a little cardio if your lucky. 30 min. of weights & abs. 60 min.
built. Beatz: Working out to music has never been like this. You will experience the latest music and some oldies but goodies. Every song will have a different set of exercises to push your physical limits. Jam out while you work out. 45 min.
Core Cardio Circuit: Are you looking to add some cardio to your workout regiment? Do you want to strengthen your core? Be ready to sweat & crunch your way to a stronger body. 45 min.
Fightin’ 15s: 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of weights and 15 minutes of ab work. Appropriate for all fitness levels. 45 min.
Instructor’s Choice: When you attend this class, you never know what it will be, but you will get a great workout. 45 min.
Suspend This: You will use your body-weight & angles as resistance in this intense suspension training system class. Don’t worry, your feet don’t normally leave the ground. 45 min.
Tough 20s: Same as Fightin’ 15s but taken up a notch. 20 min. of cardio, weights and abs – each. 60 min.
Under Construction: In all the other classes, you work it out. In this class, you stretch it out. Yoga inspired dynamic and static stretching. 45 min.
